CTI currently implements the Transfer of Functions of 
Bread for the World-Germany as an instrument of cooperation which is meant to reduce the gap/distance between BftW and partner organizations in the Philippines. It is currently responsible for monitoring 18 BftW partners in the Visayas, Mindanao, Palawan and in Metro-Manila. Other than the partnership with BftW, CTI has so far been engaged by Save the Children- UK, FAKT-Germany, and, the International Institute for Rural Reconstruction.
CTI is prepared to cooperate with NGOs, POs and development/funding agencies who need assistance on direction setting, project monitoring, ecumenical dialogue and assistance on rural development issues and organizational and individual capacity building requirements.
